Our Mission:

Seeking, Sharing, Serving…Christ

Our Vision:

To connect women across the United Methodist Church into a strong network for mutual support and encouragement in ministry, outreach, and discipleship;

To enable  and equip women in the United Methodist Church to grow spiritually in their relationship with Jesus Christ and to become godly leaders and role models;

To assist United Methodist churches in developing transformative, Christ-centered women’s ministry programs;

To serve the kingdom of Jesus Christ through relationships and mission outreach  that bring honor and glory to God and offer Christ to a hurting world; and

To stand firmly on the foundation of God’s Holy Word and uphold biblical principles in our homes, churches, and society.

Our Strategy:

We will provide biblically-based and Christ-centered programs, studies, and resources to be used by women individually and in group settings.

We will maintain an interactive website that will provide tools and opportunities for seeking, sharing, and serving Christ.

We will offer workshops and seminars on developing effective women’s ministry programs and provide information on regional and national ministry events.

We will reach out to women across the United Methodist Church and form relationships for mutual support and encouragement through mailings, our website, and personal contact.

We will continue to advocate for the recognition of supplemental women’s ministry programs at annual conferences and the General Conference of the United Methodist Church.

We will seek partnerships and relationships with women in our central conferences for mission outreach and women’s ministry opportunities.
